Welcome to a cozy and peaceful semi-detached apartment in Nokia. Here you can enjoy the beautiful nature and the city of Tampere is only about a 20-minute drive away. The beach is only 200m away and there is a wood-fired hot tub on the terrace. The hot tub is available by separate agreement (frost protection in winter). Please let us know at the time of booking if you would also like to use the hot tub. Filling, emptying and wood for the hot tub (the tenant heats it himself, emptying and cleaning included) €75.

Private quiet yard. The center of Tampere and next to Nokia Arena can be reached directly by bus MM14 and 28 three times an hour. Bus stops 100 meters away. A sofa bed that can be spread out for two extra guests in the study. The house is currently available for rent in May for the last week of the World Cup and for Midsummer.

The cottage has two separate bedrooms and a loft. Fiber optics are available, so the cottage is also suitable for telecommuting. In summer, the cottage stays cool with an air heat pump.
