Spacious one-bedroom apartment in a cozy area in Kaleva right next to the tram stop. Nokia arena, Tampere Hall and Tammela Stadium nearby. In the bedroom, one double bed for two. In the living room, there are sleeping places for 2 people on a couch and mattress. Parking is free on surrounding streets on weekends. If you're staying on a weekdays, you'll get a parking permit from the host where you can park for free even on weekdays Check-in and checkout times are usually flexible, message. Have a great stay!😎

Nice space & view. Quiet though next to tram stop.

Quiet and nice, pleasant balcony view. Near TAMK university and tram. Please note: We take reservations only if you introduce yourself and the trip well. Praise from guests: 1-Excellent location! 2-Excellent traffic, tram stop is right at the door. It is a really short walk to the hustle and bustle of the city center. 3-It is still a quiet neighborhood and the views are nice from the high floor. Well maintained 1950's style Finnish apartment building. Please no booking on behalf of other person.

Spacious and comfy 42m2 city apartment with especially high rooms, functioning fireplace, quiet and safe neighborhood and still a short walking distance to the grocery store, railwaystation, university, Tampere Hall and just about everywhere. Cozy studio near the city center. 700 m from the railwaystation. Neighbourhood is peaceful and yet it's only few minutes walk from the city center. Bus 31 and 11 from railwaystation, buss-stop 150 m from the apartment. Great promenade by the lake - goes by the amusement park. A shop (380 m) and a musicbar are nearby. Two bicycles available for the visitors. Free sauna is available in the condominium. Netflix. Free parking is available 2-4 hours during the week. On weekends it is free.

Siisti ja viihtyisä kaksio aivan kaupungin ytimessä. Mm. Laukontori, kauppahalli ja Ratinan stadion ovat asunnon välittömässä läheisyydessä.
