Guests will find the small apartment on the western outskirts of the climatic spa town of Bad Sachsa, right on the edge of the forest at an altitude of 380 m. Completely renovated in 2019, the apartment offers its own south-facing terrace with adjoining garden. Directly behind the property, the designated hiking and mountain bike tours into the Harz Natural Park begin. The swimming pool and spa park are within walking distance. The neighboring road ends shortly behind the property at the forest.

It is located in a secluded spot in the beautiful Siebertal, right next to the Harz National Park.
