Monoblock air conditioning. Neighborhood quiet residential development right on the edge of the forest. Parking is always easy everywhere. S-Bahn [suburban train] 7-minute walk or 1-minute bus. 15-minute drive to Marienplatz.

Train in 25 minutes at Marienplatz, free parking. Family-friendly, pets €12 per day. Close to the mountains and lakes, within walking distance of all shops, and a weekly market on Fridays. Beer gardens and restaurants nearby. You will love my beautiful place the location, green surroundings, nice quiet atmosphere.

Wir vermieten ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Souterrain Apartment im Untergeschoss eines Hauses in Oberhaching für 2 bis 4 Personen. 2 Bushaltestellen befinden sich in 2 Minuten Entfernung vom Haus, die S-Bahn Furth ist in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und bringt euch in 30 Min zum Hauptbahnhof. Die Bahn fährt ab Deisenhofen und bringt euch nach München oder zu Zielen im wunderschönen bayerischen Oberland (Tegernsee, Schliersee). Mit dem Auto ist man in 2 Minuten auf der A8 nach Salzburg.

The top floor of our big house is a separate apartment and is accessible via the shared stairwell. With my three sons and my dog I live on the ground- and first floor.

Excursions to Munich and the beautiful Bavarian countryside can easily be made by car or by train. You can use the garden and bicycles.
