A small kitchen and shower room are integrated into a large double room with glazing to the garden (terrace with barbecue). The sleeping areas are divided by a curtain. Classic car tours or horseback riding trips are possible on request.

The apartment is fully equipped including washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, other kitchen appliances and much more. It is located next to a park with a pond and has sun all day, which makes it even more beautiful and bright! The sunset can be seen beautifully every day from the living room & balcony. We recently bought a new TV and carpet for the living room!

The 70 square meter apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible by a staircase. The heart is the large, bright kitchen with generous amenities and a dining area.
