Very peaceful 42 m² cottage located in the middle of the mountains, ideal for relaxation. Annecy North tollbooth 15 minutes away. You can enjoy the resorts of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand 20 km away, Lake Annecy 9 km away, and Thônes with its market 9 km away. Mountain hiking, walking and mountain biking on site. Playground, sports complex 1 km away (Bcp+ in my travel guide below). Induction cooktop, dishwasher, EV outlet, equipped garden, shelters, deckchair. Check-in at 4pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Located in the heart of the village of Le Petit Bornand, on the 1st floor of a house, with balcony and independent access. Right next door, 1 bakery, 1 grocery, 1 pizzeria, 1 restaurant, 1 gas station. It is composed of a living room with 2 double beds (1 double bed in height and 1 click-clack), 1 equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet.
