Very peaceful 42 m² cottage located in the middle of the mountains, ideal for relaxation. Annecy North tollbooth 15 minutes away. You can enjoy the resorts of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand 20 km away, Lake Annecy 9 km away, and Thônes with its market 9 km away. Mountain hiking, walking and mountain biking on site. Playground, sports complex 1 km away (Bcp+ in my travel guide below). Induction cooktop, dishwasher, EV outlet, equipped garden, shelters, deckchair. Check-in at 4pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Beautiful independent apartment completely renovated in a house. 4-star rating – Furnished Tourist Accommodation of France (UDOTSI). The apartment is newly equipped: furniture, kitchen, appliances, dishes, living room, bedroom, bedding. High-speed Wi-Fi internet. 230 V/10 A socket for electric vehicle charging. Everything is designed for your comfort, all you have to do is put your bags down and enjoy this beautiful region between Lake Annecy and the mountains (Tournette, Chaine des Aravis).

The living area features natural wooden walls complemented by large windows. A white sofa, minimalist coffee table, and a rocking chair are arranged for comfort. Indoor plants add a touch of greenery, while stone flooring offers a rustic charm.

Family Fun at a Trendy Retreat at the Foot of Mont Blanc

modern chalet, 2 double bedrooms and a sleeping alcove ,2 shower rooms, a fully equipped kitchen. whole house, garden and carport for 2 cars. at the end of a quiet road, close to buses (100 meters), trains , and the center of Les Houches(10 mn walking), les Houches ski resort ( 5 minutes) and all the chamonix resorts (20 to 40 minutes). It’s next to the village ski slope, which leads down to a skating rink. A free evening ski and show take place every Thursday during the winter season.
