Straddling the communes of St. Saphorin and Chardonne, the property was completely renovated in 2025. Situated within the vineyards of the Lavaux region, a UNESCO World Heritage site. This recently renovated apartment, located in the heights of Evian, will provide you with all the necessary tranquility as well as a beautiful view of Lake Geneva, thanks to its large terrace. 5 min from the historic center of Evian, the thermal baths and Lake Geneva. It is also located 15 min from the ski area. The apartment is fully equipped and can accommodate 2 to 4 people. Pillows, sheets, duvets and towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped. Pretty little cabin in upper St-Cergue, perfect for a gateway near nature. Along with the cabin comes a private sauna, a cold plunge, bathroom and a patio (there is no kitchen, but there are restaurants in st-Cergue) Note: - the wifi is limited.
