The living room sofa is convertible into a bed. 1 WC Upstairs, air conditioning, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 other bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined. 1 WC. 1 folding bed. House of about 80 m2 for 4 people. House with kitchen, living room, toilet on the ground floor as well as a bathroom and 2 bedrooms upstairs: 1 bedroom with a double bed and storage and the other with a double bed, a single bed and storage. Enclosed yard. Baby equipment on request (baby cot, highchair, changing table, etc.) (please note that the accommodation has a staircase of twelve steps which is a bit steep) air conditioning upstairs in the warmest rooms (heat pump)

"Le Grenier", studio de 20m² environ, vous propose une partie salon avec canapé, table haute, kitchenette équipée, un vrai lit (140x190), grande douche (140x80), WC séparés. Pensez à réserver nos bocaux repas, planche et petit déjeuner si besoin. Une petite pause au calme à la campagne !

1 to 14 people. Very nice house, with pool, terrace with dining area and large plancha, ideal for groups of friends or families. Large lawn for ball games, kite flying, or other. Wooded garden with hammocks, slide, swings and trampoline. Located in a village, 45 minutes from the Futuroscope and the Loire Valley castles, with 5 bedrooms for 2 to 5 people, it is in a quiet area. Exclusively non-smoking and no pets. I practice French Sign Language a little.

Maison Colombine (4/6 pers cottage)

The "maison Colombine" offers a peaceful stay for the whole family in a small country village. Small stone house completely refurbished, a stone's throw from the forest, close to Futuroscope, the park of St Cyr... Close to the highway. Small extras: beds made on arrival, linen available, you just have to put your bags down. Possibility to have breakfast on site (see cond) and to play, drink, sit down, eat... at the fun bar l'Arcane next door! 🤗

Small atypical house 16 km from the futuroscope

Small stone house on three floors. Close to the futuroscope, center parc... It is ideal for two people. A quiet and relaxing place in the countryside. I provide bed linens, for towels I can provide them for an extra 5 euros. Small note, the stairs are steep (miller's ladders) and the kitchen ceiling is a bit low. For coffee fans I have a Senseo, I leave some pods available.

The Oak Lodge - SPA, close to Futuroscope

We renovated a former wine cellar to create this 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. The Lodge du Chêne is located in a village with all the necessary amenities. The Lodge is fully equipped, independent and adjoining the owners' house. Guests will enjoy its terrace, private garden, as well as a barn with a private 5-seat HOT TUB with free access.
