This single-storey house, with a terrace and outdoor table, and a large garden, is located in the heart of the countryside, 20 minutes from Futuroscope. It offers you peace and quiet in a welcoming environment, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. "Le Grenier", studio of about 20m², offers a living area with sofa, high table, equipped kitchenette, a real bed (140x190), large shower (140x80), separate toilet. Small stone house, completely renovated, close to the forest, a 7-day-a-week grocery shop, Futuroscope, St Cyr and the motorway. Small extras: beds made on arrival, linen available, you just have to put your bags down. Ideally placed, it is 20 minutes from Futuroscope, 30 minutes from the center of Tours and 25 minutes from La Roche Posay. Explore the many activities in the surrounding area. 40 m² cottage completely renovated adjoining our Poitevin farmhouse, located 10 minutes from the center of Poitiers (8 km) and 14 minutes from the Futuroscope (11 km). We will be delighted to host you in our ideal cottage for 2 adults and 2 children (possibility of adding a baby bed in the master bedroom). A basic breakfast is included in the price (milk, coffee, chocolate, tea, rusks, brioche, butter, jam, spread, orange juice).

You have at your disposal a dish towel, a hand towel at the kitchen sink as well as at the toilet sink.
