Holiday rentals with a balcony in Ticino

A little away from the hustle and bustle of Ascona's lake promenade, a highly recommended, simple place to stay. With the very friendly country lady a great experience.

Amazing view from the apartment, very clean and spacious. You can take stairs to the lake, the path itself (about 200m) is beautiful but steep (e.g., not suitable for strollers).

The apartment is very spacious, so you can also sit, eat and relax well with several. The building itself is not a beauty, but the view from the balcony, the lake within walking distance and the proximity to the City Center are wonderful. The apartment can be reached quickly from the highway and has its own parking space in the underground parking lot. Kitchen is super equipped, large sofa corner, bathrooms not quite new anymore, but clean. We had a lovely stay with baby and grandma and everyone felt comfortable.

The location of the hotel and pool is unbeatable. The hotel would need a lighter renovation - so 20 years after its glory. But it was a nice place, and we had a great rest there. Great for families. The area is completely enclosed and Lake Como - 30 minutes by car. Coop store - 2 minutes by car !

The accommodation is wonderfully located (with great views of the lake) and clean. Access by public transport is well possible, but the Postautos (stop very close to the property) do not run very often. The pool is wonderfully large, nice and warm and well maintained. The kitchen equipment is very good - apart from salt, however, it has no spices (oil must also be brought along yourself). The staff is very friendly and helpful. We would book the accommodation again anytime!

We spent a lovely week here and enjoyed the house very much. It has all the appliances one needs and especially the garden was beautiful.

Beautifully view over the Lago and super close to Val Verzasca. We very much enjoyed our stay here, perfect for bringing our dog along :)

We have wonderfully slowed down in Casa Sole. It's a great, very spacious rustico. Everything very clean and in top condition. Kitchen well furnished and bathroom/WC modern. Beds comfortable. Shopping facilities are within easy reach and yet you have peace of mind. Viewing of deer and rabbits included Images match. However, the listing unfortunately does not match the circumstances in various points: for example, there is no outdoor grill, but an outdoor oven. We would have liked to have grilled, which is not possible. The existing wood is unusable, as it is too large for the oven and there is no axe to crush it. All in all: We would come back anytime.

Great place is Ascona! 1 bedroom is private, the other one is connected to the living room and there's no real seperation. the pool is amazing and generally the house is perfcet just make sure you come prepared with food and toileteries as it's very basic.
