Holiday rentals with lake access in Tignes

We had a wonderful stay at Agnes and John's place! Their welcome was very kind and their accommodation is a real cocoon, carefully decorated, impeccably clean and perfectly equipped. Every detail has been thought out to make the stay convenient and enjoyable. We immediately felt good there, like at home, or even better! The location is ideal to enjoy the area, between lake and mountain, and Agnès and John are always available to share their good advice while remaining very discreet. A huge thank you to them for their kindness and their little touches that make the stay even more special. We leave with a light heart, with only one desire: to come back soon! ✨

The information given by Amélie and Gaylord is clear and accurate to retrieve the keys and use of the pool. We had a lovely week-long stay. We were able to enjoy the covered pool and a little heated through the hull despite the mixed weather. The place is at a good location, easy to find. The view of the mountains is superb. Stéphane was very helpful with our installation. We thank him for his kindness and availability. If we get a chance to come back to the area, we'll be sure to rent this place again.

We are delighted with our stay, beautiful peaceful villa, good location, large kitchen with lots of amenities, very comfortable bedding. Walking distance from the house to the lake, I recommend this villa to you, it's completely safe.

The place is really exceptional with the direct view of the lake and the charm of the village.. Very warm welcome, our hosts were particularly responsive to answer all our questions. The house is comfortable, modern and super well-equipped! Only bemol during busy weekends, walking traffic is not easy with young children on the lane that runs along the lake and is intended for both pedestrians and bikes.

A wonderful place to stay, in a perfect location. For paragliding and access to the lake, the location couldn't be better. Danielle is a warm and wonderful host, very friendly and helpful.

Very nice house for our family stay with the possibility of having a space for each group. Spacious and comfortable living room for our group (10 people). The Property is very well located near the lake and the bike path. Marina is responsive and has adapted to our check-in and check-out times.

Accommodation completely as described. Located in a small village where you can find everything you need (bakery, charcuterie, caterer, restaurant, supermarket, etc.). Despite the cold winter, well heated apartment. Lots of stairs but well secured. Excellent!

Sebastien welcomed us very spontaneously after there were problems with our previously booked accommodation. There were less than 20 minutes between booking request and moving into the apartment. Very helpful, proactive and friendly. The apartment is a little smaller than it looks in the pictures, but the garden is very large and sunny. Fully fenced, so it was extremely comfortable even with the dogs. The apartment is located by car 7 min from the lake in a good location. Great place to stay for two nights and a great host.

Very good stay at Roberta's, large garden for dogs with direct access to the lake. Cozy place, it almost feels like home. Roberta very friendly and very available as needed. Proximity to the center of Annecy is a great plus I recommend it!

A wonderful place to stay with the most beautiful surroundings. We came without a car and the bikes were an absolute bonus and allowed us to make the most of the lake. The cycle path is so accessible and easy to use. Emmanuelle was also very communicative and helpful in sending us a bus timetable to ensure we could get around. There is a shop and a fantastic bar just a few minutes cycle away, and a bus stop directly outside. The apartment was spotless and well appointed, although I'd recommend bringing extra beach towels if you don't want to miss a second in the lake, which for us was warm even on rainy days! Mobile data was almost never an issue, despite the remote and peaceful location. The private beach was wonderful - plenty of grass and chairs - the few neighbours we met were very friendly and most of the time we had the space entirely to ourselves. It really is a little haven with the most gorgeous views!

We had a lovely family stay at Pauline's place. Thanks to Pauline for the very clear check-in procedures. The accommodation is very well located and the photos are consistent with the accommodation. My grandchildren really enjoyed the games available.

We were delighted with our stay. The apartment is very well equipped and very pleasant. The lake view is amazing! Access is also very easy and we were able to do everything by bike from the property. The small beach nearby is also very nice. Thanks to the owners for providing us with paddles. It was a very relaxing vacation in a privileged environment. We were a family of 5, plenty of space. Love breakfast on the balcony. We had no car but everythink was walkable, lots to see, friendly village. host was very friendly and helpful. Perfect for us, definetely recommend it.

We've spent a great vacation in St. Jorioz at the lake - it really is a treasure. The cottage is situated right by the lake and offers great views of the mountains, the lake, and the paragliders flying over it. We've had our bikes with us and hardly used the car to get all around the lake. The Boulangerie du Lac is just a few minutes away and offers great french pastries for breakfast and sandwiches to take on trips, various rental places for sailboates and paddle boards at reasonable prices are also near by.

We really enjoyed the week in the cozy cottage. The lake with beautiful swimming spots is within easy reach. Michelle was responsive at all times and had good tips for us. Thank you for everything! We will be happy to come back!

Quietly nestled in the small hamlet of St Martin overlooking the Chéran Valley, the house is very pleasant to live in. This restored old farmhouse has kept its authenticity while offering perfect comfort. The large garden has stunning views of the vast landscape. The area is preserved, surrounded by farms that produce very good products to discover. A few km away, in the village of Lescheraines , you will find everything you need. Great stay so at Yves and Aline's who made us feel very welcome.

A wonderful house with a homely atmosphere, rich in amenities and equipment and good spacious rooms. charming dining area on a lovely terrace in the garden, all surrounded by lush nature on all sides and the lake a stone's throw away. There is great calm around the house. The area offers plenty of opportunities for entertainment and activities. The host is very welcoming and helpful. We would very much like to return.

The house is located in a very beautiful unspoiled and quiet environment, at the same time as close to Chambéry / Challes les Eaux. We enjoyed the garden, the indoor and outdoor space, without immediate neighbors or opposite, and the authenticity of this old building with all the comforts needed for a few days of vacation. The instructions given by Gaétan were clear, with indications of the surrounding activities, markets and shops.
