Hoeve Coudewater is a very spacious contemporary vacation home with private entrance and has recently been renovated in a part of a long gable farm, where once was the cow barn and hayloft. The living area has an entrance on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area overlooking the cow pasture. In addition, there are two separate terraces in the private garden. On the upper floor is the bathroom and the very large bedroom with "walk-in closet".

Met een trampoline, kampvuurplek en veel buitenruimte om te spelen en ontspannen. Het is ook zeer geschikt voor fietsers als uitvalsbasis na mooie fietsroutes in de omgeving. Dankzij de professionele keuken is het verblijf ook ideaal om samen te koken. Aanvragen voor vrijgezellenfeesten of feestgroepen worden helaas niet geaccepteerd.

De Schouw

Group accommodation De Schouw offers six bedrooms and five bathrooms for up to sixteen guests. This detached house features an atmospheric (electric) fireplace, comfortable sitting area with smart TV, an open kitchen, stylish tables and luxurious chairs. The adjacent terrace and sports field with playground offer plenty of space for relaxation. The fenced and lockable outdoor area forms your own private terrace with a BBQ.

Relax and unwind in this stylish space. In a fully renovated house, you will stay in one of the 13m² bedrooms with a small balcony and a double box spring bed from M Line measuring 180 x 210 cm. (= 2 single beds) (max. 80 kg per person for comfortable sleeping). The room has a small desk with a chair, a side table that can be slid over the bed to serve as a bedside table/laptop table, a wardrobe, and a private fridge.

My cosy cottage is centrally located within walking distance of the city, the 013 music venue and the station. Lolo, the cat, will join you for a lovely time! The French doors lead to a large garden with various places to sit and relax. The bathroom will be renovated in June. There are 4 sleeping places, 1 double bed and two single beds in separate rooms.
