Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Tilburg

Great space, you won't be lacking anything. However, there are a somewhat steep staircase. If you can't walk properly, this could be seen as annoying. Roel was super friendly, everything we needed was present. 2 tips: the armrest of the stairs is no longer completely secure and the window of the shower door was not completely clean. Both points don't take away from Roel's kindness and for this money you just have a very nice BnB with everything you need.

Had a very peaceful stay, and everything was great! Was at a 4 day conference, but would love to come back and check out the surrounding natural parks sometime. Definitely recommend this place for a nice clean and comfortable stay.

Had an incredible stay at Pepijn's place! The description provided was spot on. The location was very convenient. The center of Tilburg and the central station were close. Moreover, the abundance of amenities made my stay even more enjoyable. Pepijn's attention to detail in providing everything a guest might need truly stood out. From the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy living spaces, I felt right at home throughout my stay. Also Pepijn was really helpful, he responded to all of our questions immediately and he also made sure that we were comfortable.

A good place to stay in Tilburg. Had everything we needed for our stay, with local shops nearby. Super quiet neighbourhood. Would use again if we are going this way.

We very much enjoyed our stay! The house was spacious and tidy, with all the comforts. The city center is a 10-minute walk away. The hosts helped us quickly and well with questions. I would definitely recommend this place for a stay in Tilburg.

This house is so convenient to downtown Tilburg and very cozy, as described. It is fully furnished with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and full kitchen. The keyless entry was really convenient and Alessandro and Giulia were very responsive and helpful before and during our stay! There are two steep staircases to move between floors that had great lighting and handrails, and they had thought of many other touches to make our stay comfortable. Recommended!

Britt and Richard were excellent hosts who were very responsive. Their property is in an excellent location, with fantastic amenities. It was described accurately and was very clean and comfortable. It is one of the best air bnb’s we have stayed in and I would highly recommend it to others without hesitation! A truly wonderful find! Thanks Britt and Richard!

We were able to get into the apartment earlier than the times listed on the listing, which was very nice. Friendly welcome. Good location in relation to Tilburg, Den Bosch and the dunes. The kitchen is fully equipped, really top. Free parking in the street.

Myself and 2 friends have stayed at Nathalie's place for 2025's Roadburn. The location was excellent for the festival, the appartment was clean and cozy. During our stay there we also were able to wash our clothes as there were a washing machine and a dryer in the apartment and Nathalie was kind enough to give us instructions to use them. The only slight annoyance was that we only had 1 key which was inconvenient because me and my friends' schedules were slighlty different - another pair would have been excellent. Nathalie tried to fetch another pair while we were there, but, unfortunately, it did not arrive in time.

This place is great if you are looking for a quick access to the city, a 20 min walk to the Tilburg train station where you walk through little bars and sit down to eat places. There’s a real good food place right in front of the home on the opposite side, try the kapsalon shoarma!!! We had a phenomenal time spent in Tilburg all due to this beautiful place.

A very pleasant stay at Ando's place in Breda. The apartment is well situated in a quiet area close to the city center. The apartment is well equipped and has all that is needed for your stay. Recommend for your stay in Breda.

A great place with amazing hosts who also run the delicious restaurant below. The place really feels like home and is well equipped for the great stay. The location could not be better: everything you need within walking distance. I stay in Breda once or twice a year and definitely will come back!

Nunung is a great host. She helped with all our questions promptly and also checked in in the middle of stay of everything was going ok. The place was clean, easily accessible by public transport, well equipped and there were nice areas to walk around. The cats were friendly! I'd recommend this place.
