Peach and I (my little Maltese) host you in the small annex of the house with garden access. Wifi, Smart TV, independent thermostat, Air conditioning, organized kitchen: Kettle, Nespresso machine, induction table, private fridge, microwave, washing machine. The bathroom has a double sink and a very spacious shower. The bedroom can comfortably accommodate a couple. the double bed (160x190), hang clothes, workspace. Outdoor area for breakfast.

Cosy double or single occupancy with private internal bathroom. Quiet and very well connected by bus and metro front door, a few minutes walk from the Basilica of St. John , the trendy district of Pigneto, and about 20 minutes walk from the Colosseum. Awesome Pizzeria front door and many other bistrot. Our offer refers to overnight accommodation only; the breakfast service was suspended after the pandemic period.
