At the end of the cul-de-sac, it is very quiet, surrounded by nature. The terrace invites you to sunbathe and barbecue. Parking in the public parking garage (200 m) is free. Bicycles are safe on the premises. Jogging and walking start right at the front door on the Trave hiking trail. Downtown is around the corner.

Lake Itzstedter See is within walking distance. Our apartment is located in a semi-detached house with a beautiful garden. Parking is available in the courtyard as well as a private terrace with a garden shed for parking bicycles or for sitting comfortably.
