Nicely done up flat

Hello :-) I'm renting a wonderful 1 room appartement in the heart of Rellingen out. (in the northwest city boundary of Hamburg) The appartment is build up on 42m², is located on the first upper floor and has a big south balcony. One can reach everything one need withing walking distance. Several supermarkets, backeries, post offices, drugstores/pharmacies, medical practitioners, banks, restaurants, etc. There is also a parking lot straight in front of the building for you to use. You need simply 30 minutes to get to the centre of Hamburg by car. By using public transport you'll need around 40 to get to the central station. The bus stop is only several steps away from the appartement. Information about the appartement: light kitchen with dining table for 2 and functional facilities for cooking including a coffe machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and much more. The livingroom as well as the livingroom offer accommodations for up to 3 people. A 90x200cm and 160x200cm is available. The room also offers a dining table for 4 people and a TV. The rooms are a separate unit in the basement with daylight; the train station is 3 minutes away, the Elbe and Reeperbahn are within walking distance, the city center is 12 minutes away by S-Bahn. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Although you are only 35 minutes away from Hamburg city center, you have the forest, meadows and horses right outside the door. The small apartment in the "Bullerbü" style is newly decorated and has its own entrance and the possibility to sit outside. Parking is available right outside the door. Other things to take into account: We live in the house next door and are therefore quickly on site if anything is unclear.

My ElbAlm stands for real picture book country life. Nearby there are cows, chickens, donkeys and fields. And the tranquility, too, of course. Why ElbAlm? The Elbe and the dike can be reached in 15-20 minutes by car. Here you can expect a real beach and a delicious snack and suitable refreshment is available here in summer. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Anliegerstraße. Die Nachbarschaft ist nett und freundlich. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem 4 Familien Haus. Man braucht zu Fuß ca. 25 Minuten zum Bahnhof. Er befindet sich mitten in der Innenstadt von Elmshorn. Außerdem erreicht man Hamburg mit der Bahn innerhalb einer halben Stunde. Man kann sein Auto direkt vor der Haustür parken.
