It is very simple and some of our personal belongings are in the space but we keep the price low to make up for it. Most rentals in this area of Toronto have shared bathroom or kitchen or are very expensive. Within walking distance to Parkway Mall. 5 minute drive to the 401 or DVP which will take you to downtown Toronto in 25 minutes (if no traffic).

A unique getaway, this tiny, authentic home-away-from home is truly a Beach original, with genuine art, books, and the water just steps away. No 'hotel' vibe here, this vintage flat is an artist's home. Whether you crave a few days away to work in peace or to hit the beach, this tiny oasis has what you need. Good wifi & a workspace w extra monitor, great coffee shops, the library, the boardwalk for runs, the Fox cinema, and main floor access. Old, but charming :) and radiator heat is quiet .

Unforgettable stay- Room B, no parking space

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway.Self-check-in and check-out (Keys for door, Room B would be put in lock box hanged on the door and the passcode will be provided after reservation). Due to only one parking lot available for guests, Room B only accept guests who do not need it. As to guests who need it, please book Room A with which listing a parking lot is available by paying extra parking fee $1/per night. Vehicles parked on this street overnight would be put ticket.

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. Comfy couch (not a pull out bed) for 3rd guest to sleep. Children welcome in any quantity. No parties please as there is a family living upstairs. No piano playing or equivalent noise after 10pm. No indoor smoking but an ashtray is provided just outside of the entrance. Our cozy apartment is walking distance to subway, restaurants and dining, close to Greektown, downtown Toronto and the beach. It is fully furnished, with kitchen and bathroom, free laundry, free high speed wifi internet, Roku TV, access to BBQ and lovely backyard, in a friendly and safe neighbourhood. Paid street parking only, with plenty of available spots. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers.
