Great place - we really enjoyed our stay. Hosts were friendly and gave us lots of information. Villa was well equipped, clean and spacious. Views from the roof terrace were great. Hot tub was lovely. Would highly recommend. Thank you Kirsty we gad a fabulous time.

The accommodation, the communication, the location, the facilities everything was absolutely TOP!!!! We felt right at home and if we had any questions, a contact person was immediately on site. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and spacious. In the garage there were lots of toys for smaller children as well as pool equipment such as air mattresses, diving aids and even swimming rings for older children and babies. The pool was cleaned by an external company and the fully automatic sprinkler system meant that we didn't have to worry about anything. Shops and restaurants were just a few minutes' walk away. All in all, it was a successful vacation that was unfortunately over far too quickly. Dear Anna, thank you for allowing us to enjoy your accommodation. It was just what we needed, there was an amazing cafe within walking distance and it was within 15 minutes of loads of amazing restaurants and within an hour were loads of day trips

We were warmly welcomed, the house has everything you need. The beds are very comfortable. If there were any concerns, they were taken care of directly. The location is great, you can walk to the beach and restaurants etc. We were very satisfied with everything.

Wow, what a gorgeous place! Very modern accommodation, firm comfortable beds, wonderful views, lovely garden furniture. If you’re looking for somewhere peaceful to spend your days in the sunshine, look no further. This house is excellent for couples or families. The pool is great (not heated), surrounding gardens all very well manicured. The house is very white & modern, we loved it. Everything we needed. The resort itself, is extremely well maintained, as you’d expect for a golf course. Security patrolling, gorgeous Italian restaurant insite and mini market. It’s quite far away from local amenities, so car certainly required, or a local taxi for evenings out. We’d certainly stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

accommodation as described, beautiful view ,large balcony and very well-equipped accommodation. Attention more than 60 steps to get to the apartment. Difficulty when we arrived to find the accommodation , our phone call to Francisco went unanswered . A few more details would be needed .

Was great place to stay with clean and tidy apartment. The pool and grounds are also very well maintained, although the pools are a little chilly! Beach is very nice but it’s quite a big hill to walk down for access and to visit the shops and restaurants. Downsides is the A/C was a little weak and it’s situated in a smaller town at the quieter end.

Mihais apartment was in the right place to explore what Villa Martin has got to offer, the apartment was incredibly clean and spacious and comfortable to stay in, I will definitely be staying again thank you very much.

Maria and her family are endlessly sweet, kind, and helpful with us. The apartment is well equipped, accessible and has a nice view of the sea from the terrace. There are many wonderful beaches on the seafront of Torrevieja. The apartment is separated by a street from the nearby beach. There are also many cultural; leisure; sports opportunities in the city for active relaxation. We were in town for Easter week. Everything was wonderful! We were incredibly lucky to stay here for a week, few things that really stood out as exceptional were: Incredible host so friendly and helpful (lots of surprises won't spoil them, but on check out they even came to help with cases to car!) Stunning mountain views from 5th floor Comfy beds great large balcony Good WiFi Great modern 4k TV Exceptional high end appliances including Jura bean to cup ready to go! Wonderful stay, would absolutely come back.

We had an amazing stay – the place really exceeded all our expectations! The apartment was tastefully decorated, sparkling clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The area was quiet and very child friendly, which made it perfect for us traveling with kids. The beach nearby was just the right size and shallow, which provided safe and fun bathing experiences for both young and old. In addition, the host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We felt at home from the start and would love to come back. Highly recommended! We will be booking a new trip here in a few weeks :)

A beautiful house with lovely swimming pool. Plenty of space and it's neat and cozy in the house. Everything is there. It is close to the airport, but you are also quickly in Alicante. 👌👍

The Villa is fantastic! The pool and pool area is perfect for kids and relaxing, in such quiet surroundings. Completely fenced off, so no worry of kids getting out anywhere, and inflatables that were there for us to borrow, which my 7yr old loved! The Villa itself is well equipped with everything you need and more, would love to stay here again, but next time for longer. We didn’t want to leave. The Villa is a short walk to the Sea Front and has some great little back street restaurants which are really reasonably priced, and the food was great! As a host, Bert was so responsive and managed to accommodate a later check out due to our flights being changed last minute by Jet2, so thanks again for that! Thanks Bert for being a great host, and letting us use your beautiful Villa!

Great place. Great location. Perfect for us as a family of four with a 12 year old girl and 15 year old boy. Pool was pristine and visited by maintenance once during our 7 day stay. The cover on the pool made a huge difference to keeping it heated and being able to use it every day. Ashley was consistent, enthusiastic and friendly in all communication. Many restaurants and eateries within walking distance and Pharmacy and Lidle were especially useful as within walking distance or 2 minute drive (Pharmacy staff were particularly helpful and friendly). The heating in the house was very efficient and a great relief from the cold February evenings. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would consider booking again in the near future!

Beautiful villa and amazing host! So helpful

Villa was perfect for our family of 4. Lots of room to spread out and the kitchen was fully equipped. Enjoyed the large outdoor space with multiple terraces and the host was always helpful and quick to respond.

The house is absolutely fantastic ! We had a car, so no problems ! Oliver is also 10/10

David greeted us with great kindness, showed us around the house down to every detail, and had prepared many things ahead of our arrival. He gave us wine, croissants, coffee, milk, water and butter, among other things, which was very nice of him. The house is very spacious, has a beautiful garden and a big pool, it's even prettier than the pictures. The area is very quiet, you barely hear any people around, you can sleep by the pool to the sound of birds chirping. We will definitely be coming back, super recommended. Thank you David & Elena!
