Indulge in a luxury spa experience at a tranquil cottage. Follow a garden path from your decked balcony to a private wood-fired hot tub, sauna, hammock, outdoor shower and summerhouse. It's a great spot for stargazing by night and bird-watching by day. Cook in a modern well-equipped kitchen or have a night off, dinner prepared for you by us and brought over to the cottage. Please note that all logs for the hot tub and log burner are inclusive ! We are pet friendly and welcome 1 large breed or 2 smaller breeds of dog. The cottage is situated in the grounds of our own home. While it is entirely private we are on hand if you need anything and Mark can also provide private catering as a highly regarded chef sourcing the best local produce in Cornwall ! The cottage terrace opens out from the bedroom with direct access to the garden and a path which leads to an outdoor spa with wood fired hot tub, sauna, hammock, fire pit and summerhouse. We are located in the adjacent house should you need us for anything at all but offer our guests total privacy otherwise. The choice is yours ! The cottage is in a pretty rural hamlet surrounded by countryside near the market town of Launceston in the county of Cornwall. A car is needed. The cottage sleeps 2 adults in a King sized bed and up to 2 small children (under 12) on the sofa bed.

The property - over 2 floors, has access from both kitchen and living room. With off-road parking for 2 cars. On arrival you will be greeted by Sue with a complimentary bottle of pink sparkling wine, fresh ground coffee and milk. The Annexe, within the owner’s enclosed grounds, is set in the peaceful Devon countryside, well located for many different activities including; surfing, walking, fishing, cycling and sightseeing. Warm and cosy with underfloor heating, this delightful studio is situated in a private lane just one minute’s walk from The Tarka Trail and Braunton Burrows Biosphere and a 10 min walk to centre of Braunton. Perfect for a couples getaway to this fabulous area. Rose Studio has a fully equipped kitchen which includes full sized oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and washing machine. There is a comfortable seating area with smart tv and audio speaker. South facing garden patio.

A stunning, renovated barn attached to a 17th century thatched farmhouse. A beautiful and private countryside retreat in a lovely, peaceful, unspoilt part of Devon. Only a short drive to Dartmoor and the surfing beaches of Cornwall and North Devon and the stunning SW Coast Path. This pretty, spacious converted barn includes a large lounge with woodburning stove, separate kitchen diner with access to a private garden and hot tub and countryside views. Perfect for stargazing in the evenings.

Little Hoops, cosy converted barn

Little Hoops is our cosy converted barn with original beams and underfloor heating throughout making it ideal for a break away at any time. We lovingly restored it with our family a number of years ago and have enjoyed making it a special place to stay, we often joke that it is far nicer than our own home! The barn has a courtyard garden with table and chairs and is close to the local pub, The Crealock Arms. The coast is a 10 min drive away while shops, cafes etc approx 5 mins in a car.

Peaceful, cosy barn with log burner near Bude

This quaint detached barn is full of character and peace (no WIFI). There is an open plan kitchen/living area with a cosy log burner ( logs available at £7 cash a net) and a slate topped breakfast bar. The property has solid oak flooring throughout except for slate in the bathroom so don’t forget your slippers! The kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, toaster, microwave and kettle. The cosy sitting area opens out onto an attractive patio and grassy area. Sorry no pets

Skirr Cottage was the home of the acclaimed writer Henry Williamson who is best known as the author of Tarka the Otter. With its pretty whitewashed exterior the cottage is set next to a trickling stream next to the historic Norman church of St. George in the heart of Georgeham village. Putsborough surfing beach is a 25 minute walk via fields or via a lane. or 5 minute drive. The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving gastro pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.
