The main cottage is set in 2 acres of garden and woodland, The annex offers comfortable accommodation, opening onto a courtyard area for BBQ's. A comfy double bed, with modern but VERY small shower room. There is also a separate area with leather sofa, tea/coffee making, fridge and toaster (not a full kitchen). TV, DVD and good Wi FI. Only 200 yards from start of the Camel Trail at Wenford Bridge with the Snails Pace cafe serving great food. Great for cyclists and walkers. Beaches 20 mins

The room is perfect for a couple, 3 friends or a couple with one child. Linen and towels are provided. There is on street parking opposite the house. There are outside chairs. Situated in the village of Northam, it is a short drive to the beach and close to the SW coast path .

We live in a quiet location situated on the outskirts of Barnstaple, tucked away in a quiet residential area. Nearest amenities are approx 15 min walk. “The Tarka suite”is made up of 3 seperate rooms plus a covered garden room with electric points. There is a king sized bed, 2 seater sofa, a small dining area and small well equipped kitchen area which includes a std fridge, a ninja twin drawer acti fry and single hob. Crockery, pans and cutlery are provided. Use of hot tub at extra cost.
