Highfield Barn - wood fired hot tub and games room

Newly converted in 2021, Highfield Barn is nestled on the edge of a thriving Devonshire village perfectly situated in the middle of all North Devon and Cornwall have to offer. The open plan living space is perfect for cosy evenings on the sofa in front of the log burner, or for cooking up a feast in the well-equipped kitchen. If you don't fancy cooking the pub is less than a 5-minute walk, as is the fantastic village shop. Off-road parking and secure, private garden safe for children and pets.

Organic farm Shepherd's Hut with a view

You will find ‘The Leveret’ our shepherds hut, on our family run organic farm.  With lovely views across the Torridge valley and beyond to Dartmoor, it is a perfect place to relax and reconnect with nature.  The farm has a mixture of meadows for our cattle and sheep, woodlands and arable and veg fields and is a haven for wildlife. Enjoy a bbq at the fire pit with complimentary wood and charcoal. The excellent local pub at Sheepwash is a 1.5 mile walk through farm lanes and quiet country lanes.

An exquisitely renovated barn, in the heart of the countryside. Exceptional and original, with lime-washed walls, oak beams, wooden floors and tranquil views. Perfect for WFH. Ten minutes to Bude and the beautiful coastline. Large living space with sofa bed and a small fully-equipped kitchen. Double ensuite bedroom upstairs, leading to a mezzanine (sleeps three children/small adults). Garage parking. Excellent Wifi (fibre). The barn is part of a courtyard, next to a family house. Pets welcome.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

You are welcome to have a firepit and BBQ's in the fields. Our Blacknose Valais sheep are nearby to keep you company. Sit watch amazing display of stars, no light pollution. The perfect property for a quiet escape in the beautiful North Devon countryside. Close to both Cornish and Devon beaches it really is the best of coast and country. The Little Beeches is a one bedroom cottage which has a luxurious king size bed, shower room with walk in shower. The fully equipped kitchen includes Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, integrated microwave, full size oven and washing machine. Outside is a large decked area with stunning views, BBQ and seating.
