Our house is located in the village of Villiers-au-Bouin and offers Wi-Fi. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall with a cupboard, a living room with a new sofa bed (with a proper 18-cm mattress), a fully fitted kitchen, a dining room, and a shower room with a separate shower and toilet. On the first floor, there is a large bedroom with a double bed and storage space. There is a courtyard with a garden table and chairs, as well as a barbecue. Ability to put your bikes in an outbuilding. Parking. Tassimo Possible cleaning fee 40€.

On the shores of Lake Tours and its fitness trail and 10 minutes from the aquatic center. 5-minute walk to a shopping mall with restaurants, cinemas, bowling. Reminder: The apartment must be returned clean, cleaning done, otherwise there will be a charge of €30.

Gîte confortable situé à la campagne avec accès libre à tout l'ensemble extérieur sur notre propriété d'environ 2 hectares (terrasse avec salon de jardin, grand pré, étang, parc, trampoline). Les draps de lits, couvertures, couettes, serviettes et gants de toilettes, torchons de cuisine sont compris. Piscine sécurisée par un abri haut fermant à clé. L'hiver, la piscine n'est pas disponible. Gite classé 3 étoiles. Ce logement ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite.
