House of 250 m², with veranda, terrace, garden of 600 m² overlooking the Loire and its sunsets, located in the heart of Chaumont-sur-Loire, a small tourist town of 1104 inhabitants classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Its village runs along the main road for 2 kilometers, bordered on one side by the Loire, the last wild river, and on the other side by the overhanging hillside of the Regional Domain, including its 15th century feudal castle and the garden festival.

On the garden ground for our chalet we will be happy to welcome you in the heart of the Loire and Cher castles, a stone's throw from the Beauval Zoo: very good geographical location between Tours, Blois, Amboise and Loches. The accommodation opens onto a private courtyard with personal garden furniture (barbecue, plancha, raclette service) and allows access to our large property. This house is particularly suitable for people looking for calm, greenery and walks.

You'll love this unique and romantic escape in this picturesque 19th century dovecote. Adjacent to a manor house (built in 1549), close to many tourist attractions, our three characterful rooms, one of which is located in a troglodyte cellar, will allow you to experience the tranquility of the Centre-Loire region. The property has been recently renovated and offers excellent comfort, with spacious rooms . The living/dining room with kitchenette was built in a troglodyte cellar around the old forge.
