The neighborhood is quiet, the tram line is a 5-minute walk, the historic city center is a 20-minute walk. All shops are nearby. We live in the house next door, in the same yard and want to remain very available to our guests.

A parking space is reserved for the accommodation. Please note that the cul-de-sac is private and narrow, so you need to know how to maneuver large vehicles.
