The water is only 50 m away, the beach 750 m, shopping, as well as the front row (promenade) only 100 m. The tourist tax is payable in cash upon arrival and is added to the price, as is the final cleaning fee of €120 per booking. No parties, stag/hen parties or club outings are desired!

Spacious 60 square meters, living room with open, fully equipped kitchen, offer space for 2-4 people. The dining area equipped for up to 4 people is next to the living area with a couch and armchairs and an additional reading corner by the fireplace. The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, overlooking the beautiful garden.
