The apartment was renovated in 2020 and completely refurbished in the process. It accommodates up to four people and is super centrally located. If you like action, the river promenade is about 2 minutes away. If you prefer a calm place, the flat is located on the second floor and has a peaceful roof terrace overlooking the garden. Walking to the train station (connection to Lübeck) takes 5-10 minutes. Although you can't see the water, you can see the big ferries from the bedroom window.

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Right on the Baltic Sea coast for families, golfers and beach lovers Our apartment is quiet and idyllically located on the Brodten steep shore, only about 50 meters from the Freistrand. The main beach is within walking distance of about 750 m via the promenade. This well-maintained residential complex, built in the Hanseatic villa style, provides the perfect base for walks or cycle rides, offering stunning views of the Baltic Sea all the way to Niendorf or Timmendorf….

Our beautiful 2-room studio apartment in the Kaiserallee with direct Baltic Sea view offers pure relaxation for 2 guests. Here you can relax on the balcony, watch the hustle and bustle on the Baltic Sea and let the day end comfortably. For an active vacation, the promenade is suitable for morning jogging, the golf course as well as a sailing school are located directly in front of the door and for the active swimmers the access is also directly in front of the door.

BelEtage Blu/Apartment at the Sea !

In our lovingly furnished apartment you can relax wonderfully - everything is available to feel comfortable - music, fresh bed linen, space to tell, a spacious balcony for breakfast in the sun, sun set in a beach chair, books and games, internet access ..... The bathroom and toilet has just been redesigned with floor level access to the shower and glass partition. Everything is freshly painted light grey and a new design floor has been laid throughout the apartment.

The apartment is located on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located directly on the beach. From the 6 m² balcony you have a beautiful view over the spa hotels of Travemünde and see as far as the Bay of Lübeck and the horizon of the Baltic Sea. Here you can relax and unwind wonderfully.

A bright basement apartment in beautiful Travemünde awaits you. From there, you can reach the beach promenade and the beach in a few minutes on foot. In addition, the path leads you over the Brodtner cliff towards Niendorf and Timmendorfer Strand. In 5 minutes' walk you are at the golf course. The old town is a few minutes' walk away, as are the Elbe-Lübeck Canal, the Wakenitz, pizzeria, bakery, weekly market, supermarket and organic shop.
