Welcome to a brand new, modern apartment in central Lade ✨ Here you live in an attractive area with short walking distance to grocery, the shopping centers (City Lade, Sirkus shopping and Lade arena), bakery, dining and everything you need for a comfortable stay 🛍️ ☕️ 🍽️ It is a short walk to both the airport bus and Leangen station, where the train takes you directly to and from the airport. In addition, there are buses right outside the building, which makes it easy to get to the city center and around the city 🚌 🚲 🍃

Cozy "Stabbur", 30 min. from Trondheim

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Cozy house with stunning views of the fjord!

Rural location, 10 min to shop and quay, 25 min by boat to Trondheim, 25 min by car to Orkanger. Great hiking areas, swimming areas and fishing opportunities, both in the sea and in water. Lots of opportunities for bike rides. Great view, lovely sun conditions all day. 2/3 bedrooms, kitchen/living room, bathroom and separate toilet. Large terrace facing the sea. Kid-friendly. Plenty of space to eat out in the summer, barbecue, etc. Washing machine and free park ring. Fiber comes in summer/fall

Beautiful place by the sea & The Northern light

A renovated apartment located on the shore with all you need for an enjoyable stay. Waking to the sound of the sea is not just an exclusive image from a movie! The rooms have direct views to the fjord literally 20 meters from door. Fully equipped including, kitchen, bathroom, large bedroom (king size bed) lounge, separate room with washer dryer and terrace all to enjoy. This is Småland in Frosta, located In the Trondheim fjord. 30 minutes from the airport . You will love it as we do❤️

Top floor apartment with stunning views of Trondheimsfjorden and only 20 minutes to walk to the city center. Perfect for a relaxing yet urban holiday, or for working remotely. You will hear the soothing sound of waves against the shore while sleeping. The neighborhood is quiet and charming, with several parks and footpaths nearby. There is a beach just outside the building where you can enjoy baths all year round. If you like hiking, there are entries into Bymarka only minutes away.

Recharge your batteries in this unique and quiet place, which is right next to the fjord. Enjoy the view, take it easy, go fishing, hiking, mushroom or berry picking, work from home, go skiing, or play golf. Good sun conditions and fantastic outdoor area. Access to the sea. Short distance to Trondheim city center (about 15-20 minutes by car). Great advantage with car. Few bus departures. The house has 8 beds, but it is possible to add up to one person on a mattress on the floor.

Cabin by the sea with amazing view!

Unique sea front cabin. Very modern and fully equipped. Big outdoor deck with BBQ and seating. Amazing view over the fjord. The cabin is located 10-15 min outside the city center, with bus departure every hour. Bus stop 1 min away. The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people You have the ocean on one side and the Forrest on the other, with great hiking possibilities. The jacuzzi cost ekstra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.

Unik beliggenhet - usjenert hus rett ved Ladestien med fantastisk sjøutsikt. Gulvvarme og helt nytt. 100 meter til busstop og gangavstand til sentrum (35min.) Bedroom is up the ladder (se pictures). Low with sloping ceilings. Window perfect for watching the stars and sometimes the northern light! The other doublebed is behind the sofa and can be pulled up/down.
