Convenient and modern apartment in good location on Grilstad Marina proximity to the sea, hiking areas, restaurants, shopping center and frequent connection to Trondheim city center. The charging path just outside stretches all the way to Nyhavna in the city center. There are good swimming possibilities in the immediate area, including: Hansbakkfjæra, Grilstadfjæra and the Bay of Vära. Lots of playgrounds right outside the door. From Grilstad Marina there is a short drive to the city center of Trondheim and several large campuses such as NTNU.

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Rural location, 10 min to shop and quay, 25 min by boat to Trondheim, 25 min by car to Orkanger. Great hiking areas, swimming areas and fishing opportunities, both in the sea and in water. Lots of opportunities for bike rides. Great view, lovely sun conditions all day. 2/3 bedrooms, kitchen/living room, bathroom and separate toilet. Large terrace facing the sea. Kid-friendly. Plenty of space to eat out in the summer, barbecue, etc. Washing machine and free park ring. Fiber comes in summer/fall

Top floor apartment with stunning views of Trondheimsfjorden and only 20 minutes to walk to the city center. Perfect for a relaxing yet urban holiday, or for working remotely. You will hear the soothing sound of waves against the shore while sleeping. The neighborhood is quiet and charming, with several parks and footpaths nearby. There is a beach just outside the building where you can enjoy baths all year round. If you like hiking, there are entries into Bymarka only minutes away.

Charming cabin by the sea

Unique sea front cabin. Very modern and fully equipped. Big outdoor deck with BBQ and seating. Amazing view over the fjord. The cabin is located 10-15 min outside the city center, with bus departure every hour. Bus stop 1 min away. The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people You have the ocean on one side and the Forrest on the other, with great hiking possibilities. The jacuzzi cost ekstra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.

A sweet stay at sunny Solsiden

A beautiful apartment in a unique location with a large window area in the living room overlooking the river Nidelven. The spacious terrace with furniture provides excellent conditions on sunny days, fantastic for late summer nights. The popular Solsiden area with it's many bars and restaurants is available within a short walk. Despite the urban placement of the apartment, the neighbourhood is quiet making for a comfortable night's sleep.

Central and stylish apartment in peaceful area. Parking lot in basement. Elevator. Rema 1000 (directly above the road), restaurant mm walking distance and only 250 m to Soknedal bakery. Ila Park and Ila Valley Park are also close by. Only 20min to walk into the city centre along the promenade. Along the road you will find sand volleyball court, playground, swimming facilities and nice lawn areas. Bus stop in the immediate vicinity.

Welcome to lovely Frosta Here you have immediate proximity to the lake and beach, and not least a lovely view of Leksvika. Here you can enjoy evening sun in the jacuzzi, or walk on Frostastien which is just a stone's throw away. You will find pier and pier close to the cabin, with good opportunities to fish with a rod. Small house - great seaview - close to the city

Unik beliggenhet - usjenert hus rett ved Ladestien med fantastisk sjøutsikt. Gulvvarme og helt nytt. 100 meter til busstop og gangavstand til sentrum (35min.) Bedroom is up the ladder (se pictures). Low with sloping ceilings. Window perfect for watching the stars and sometimes the northern light! The other doublebed is behind the sofa and can be pulled up/down.
