The cabin contains 4 bedrooms, loft living room, open living room-kitchen solution, (living room has high ceilings, large bathroom with infrared sauna, private toilet room, laundry room, hallway. Large terrace with exit from the living room. Kitchen is richly equipped with a dishwasher. The cabin has a year-round road, the road goes all the way to the cabin wall. Parking space for 4 cars. Great view.

Damtjønna - Self-service beach

Delightful and modern cabin, where you can relax in a beautiful setting. You will be close to nature and there are miles of cross country skiing trails right outside the door. The place is also suitable for summer with hiking trails and fishing waters in the immediate vicinity. You also have Selbusjøen with many activities in the immediate vicinity. The cabin has a large living room and kitchen, 3 bedrooms on the main floor, as well as a bedroom in the loft. Delicate bathroom and sauna. Laundry room with private entrance and large loft where the children can romp

In this house you will have plenty of space and high comfort, a spacious living room with fireplace, large dining area, four bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, spacious wardrobe and two bathrooms. There is also a sauna for extra well-being. The home has both a roof terrace and an outdoor area at ground level – good zones for relaxation and social interaction. The bathrooms are spacious and fully functional, with classic details from the late 90s and early 2000s. The bathroom on the first floor will be upgraded in February and will be completed in March.

When you're not rooting for your ski idol or participating in all that happens around the World Cup, you can enjoy a quiet moment around the fire pan or warm your body in the jacuzzi or sauna. Inside the living room are 2 large living rooms that invite socializing. Large kitchen that is richly equipped.

Log cabin by Selbusjøen

Here you live centrally, but peaceful. Immediate proximity to Selbusjøen where in winter time you can skate or go skiing. There are many hiking possibilities in Selbu and both Skarven and Roltdalen, as well as Rensfjellet, a short drive away. At Selbuskogen ski center you will find ski slopes with high quality. Shop and petrol station 2 km away. A total of 3 computer screens are available that can be connected to PlayStation if you wish. Baby stroller (Simo) can be found in the stall, but Voksipose e.l must be brought.

Warm welcome to our guest apartment! NOTE: 5 July - 4 August 2025: Minimum 3 nights stay. Here you have your own entrance, extensive view of Trondheim, two spacious bedrooms with lots of sleeping places, large living room and great bathroom with sauna. Kitchen is equipped with all you need and the table can be pulled out and make room for more! Park outside, or take the metro bus every 10 meters to Trondheim city center in 12 meters. Walking distance to bus, shop, pharmacy, and playgrounds.

Idyllic place in the forest with sauna!

Here you can really get away from city noise. Ski trails are rigt behind the corner and you can enjoy a hot sauna after a long day outdoor. We live upstairs in the house, but we rent out a simple independent apartment in the groundfloor. In December 2021 we refurbished it with a new bathroom, sauna and kitchenette. Although the house seems remote, it's only a 15/20 minutes walk to the tram that takes you directly to the city center. Let us know if there is anything you'd like to know! :-)
