The caravan is well equipped with a gas hob, oven, fridge, and hot/cold water. Kitchen utensils and cutlery, so you have everything you need to cook. The caravan has underfloor heating and waterborne heating, so it's nice and warm all year round. Bus stop 50 metres away with a direct bus (19 min) down to Trondheim city centre.

The cabin in the woods is located on Byneset in Trondheim municipality. Nice view of Trondheim fjord and rich wildlife. Close to Byneset golf at Spongdal. 30 min drive by car to Trondheim. The road to the cabin is somewhat steep and winding. In winter, the road is cleared and salted. It is an advantage to have a good winter car.
