Good bus connections to the city centre in about 10 minutes. Free parking in a small public car park (approx. 10 spaces); availability not guaranteed.

Wood-burning stove provides cozy cabin fun:) Inlet water for shower and cooking (drinking water can be found on cans) Skiing right behind the cabin, fishing water about 10 min hike away. Canoe and nintendo switch available. There is no Wi-Fi, but there is good 4G and 5G coverage. Very good sun conditions - summer and winter. Charcoal grill can be found on the terrace and fire pit for pleasant evenings stand by the view.

Fantastic place with unique location and beautiful views, right on the waterfront. You have the whole place to yourself, 2 nice cottages with terrace and large lawns around. Close to the bus and city center, without losing the cabin feeling. Quiet and private, with water and mountains that you can enjoy both day and night. Both cabins have a living room, bathroom with toilet, kitchen and bedroom. Shower in one bathroom. Outside there are several dining groups, sun beds, daybed, trampoline, fire pan and private boat.

Cozy "Stabbur", 30 min. from Trondheim

Stabburet is located at Brøttem Gård in Klæbu, Trondheim Municipality. The location is rural (by Selbusjøen and Brungmarka) and excellent for day trips in the countryside both on foot and on skis. Jetty is available at Selbusjøen in summer. From here you can paddle in a kayak/canoe or row a trip. The farm is close to Gjenvollhytta and Langmyra ski resort if you want to go skiing on groomed slopes. Day trips to Kråkfjellet and Rensfjellet are possible. Vassfjellet is 10 min away and only 30 min to Trondheim :)
