The landlord lives in his own part of the townhouse. The apartment consisted of a room that is combined living room and kitchen. In addition, the apartment has a hallway with sliding door closet, bathroom with washing machine, dryer and new shower enclosure, loft with sleeping alcoves and terrace outside the apartment. Walking distance to most things but also good bus connections.

Private roof terrace with plenty of sun and views of the city and the sea. 2 bedrooms with double beds and a children's travel bed available. It is possible to sleep in the loft, with extra mattresses available.

Characteristic and cosy loft apartment Trondheim

Characteristic and cosy loft apartment! Only 10 min bike/30 min walk downtown. Also the tram and bus have departures from Breidablikk station(5min walk) every 10-15min. Master bedroom with a double bed. The office comes with a work- place and a sleeping sofa that fits 2 pax. There is an madrass up on the loft that also can sleep 1 pax(you'll have to climb a ladder to get there) I have 3 duvets. The apartment is in a quiet area but still quite close to the city, and the view from here is amazing!

A small but spacious and well equipped appartement perfect for couples and friends. With free parking and easy highway access, it's perfect as a part of your Norwegian road trip. Supermarket, gas station who sells food (open 24/7) and bus stop 1 min. away. Buses leave every 5 min to the city centre (5 min. ride). You can also walk, bike or hire an electric scooter. The river Nidelva is nearby with nice walking trails and possibilities to rent kayaks. Lerkendal Stadium and NTNU very close.

Apartment located high in the mountain, with private driveway. When winter is over, it is recommended that guests park a car downstairs and walk about 5 min up to apartment. It's a unique apartment from the view with its own balcony.
