Villetta Il Cubo is a five-minute walk to the sea

Detached 2-story villa with garden and parking space, completely renovated in 2021. Located in the shade of the pine forest a short walk from the beach (5 min) and the promenade of Marina di Castagneto where there are shops, restaurants and other public places. The villa consists of a living-dining room, kitchen, and bathroom-laundry on the ground floor; on the first floor, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, outdoor patio with veranda, and BBQ are available.

A beautiful breathtaking sea view of the cove and the islands of Giglio and Giannutri, will welcome you upon your arrival on a terrace equipped with table and chairs, sofa with armchairs and outdoor chairs to spend your convivial and relaxing moments. In the evening, on the terrace under the stars, it is a unique moment to enjoy the sea and the beautiful sky of the Argentario. Ideal for a couple with one or two children.

Villa in pietra con particolari rifiniture architettoniche immersa in un bosco di castagni. Un grande giardino, in parte pavimentato a pietra, correda la proprietà dal quale si può ammirare un panorama meraviglioso della maremma toscana. Immersi nella natura si nota da una parte il mare con il golfo di Follonica, l'isola d'Elba e la Corsica, dall'altra l'isola del Giglio. E' possibile fare lunghe passeggiate nella natura o raggiungere località balneari o città d'arte.

In the past, La Guardiola was placed to defend the entrance to Porto Azzurro from the sea. It had two key features: an extensive and dominant view and immediate access to the sea. The view of rare beauty, the sea that pervades every environment, the peace and scents of the Mediterranean scrub, make this place magical. The house is located in the ancient district. Cinema set for the episodes of 'Delikte des Barlume,' an Italian crime series set in the heart of Tuscany. The designer apartment with very high ceilings was completely restored as a loft in 2023 and comfortably furnished.
