Casa nel Bosco, 2 km from Seccheto (the last km is unpaved), 6 minutes by car, is located in an amphitheater 200 meters above sea level, in an oasis of peace and silence. In the large outdoor spaces, there is a hot tub made with granite stones from the area, hammocks, sunbeds and a path inside the property that winds through centuries-old holm oaks. The Domus Olea apartment is part of a Tuscan stone farmhouse that commands an enviable view over the Maremma. It takes its name from the magnificent restored oil mill, set into the marble plinth that has formed part of the floor for over a century. Casa Anto, completely renovated in 2025, consists of a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The room cannot be darkened. There are two bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. The house is accessed by an external staircase. The outdoor pergola is furnished with table and chairs/lounge chairs The beach, about 250 meters away, can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The house has a garden, with lawn, reserved of approx. 200 square meters.

Casa Namaste is a small stone cottage with well-kept interiors 1 km from the medieval village of Montescudaio. The house is completely surrounded by woods and centuries-old oaks. 150 meters away flows the Cecina river. In the 5000 square meter garden there is a natural spring with a large stone tub to cool off and an outdoor hot shower surrounded by greenery.
