The chalet is not luxurious but contains all you need for a get-away-from-it-all stay immersed in nature. Access is by bumpy but driveable 1km track.

The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 12 people. Additional amenities include a washing machine, a TV as well as children's books and toys. Furthermore, a table tennis table is available on the property. Your private outdoor area includes a garden and an open terrace.

The apartment is surrounded by greenery and has a large shaded furnished terrace and a wisteria pergola equipped with table and chairs to enjoy outdoor holidays in complete relaxation.<br><br>A large and bright veranda leads directly to the living room with its well-equipped kitchenette.

Recently renovated and tastefully furnished, the cottage is very close to the <b>marina in Marina di Grosseto</b> and only <b>50 meters far away from the sea and the beaches</b>. It lies in a quiet, very valued and pleasant residential area.<br><br>The house is centrally placed on the property and is framed by a small lawn. On both sides, the front and the back of the house guests find a covered terrace.

It comprises two bedrooms: a double bedroom and a triple bedroom with two single beds and one folding bed.
