L'appartement de Vincenza est très calme, confortable, fonctionnel et très bien placé : à 2 pas du port, de la mer et de la longue balade le long de la mer, à 2 pas des commerces du centre ville, à 20 minutes à pied de la gare. L'accueil par Vincenza a été très sympathique et attentionné.

A bit far of the train station if you walk from there. Host was incredible, nice recommendation and help us when the check out arrive for our transfer to the train station.

Le logement de Nicola et Francesca est vraiment top ! Son emplacement est idyllique et très bien placé pour aller aux 5 Terres . Même s’il faut monter les 4 étages , la vue ensuite est à couper le souffle, et pas les escaliers … Rien ne manque , tout est décoré avec goût sur le thème de la mer . Je recommande à 200% . Encore un grand merci .

Enrica nagyon kedves házigazda, a megbeszélt időpontban várt minket. Mindent megmutatott az apartmanban és minden kérdésünkre válaszolt. Egy üveg chardonnay-el és ajándék táskákkal, süteményekkel, kávéval várt minket. Enrica az ottlétünk alatt is érdeklődött rólunk és válaszolt a kérdéseinkre, több éttermet, fagyizót is ajánlott. A szállás tiszta, rendezett és minden szükséges eszközzel felszerelt. Nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű, a strandra és az éttermekhez is pár perc alatt eljutottunk. Mindenkinek szívből ajánlom, nagyon köszönjük Enrica, csodálatos volt!🩷

We loved our stay in Riomaggiore! Kelly met us at the station and took us to the apartment, giving us a small tour on the way which was very helpful. The apartment was lovely and the view was amazing. Location was perfect as well. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Would 100% recommend!

We stayed at Anns's place for the first part of our honeymoon. It was everything we expected and then some. The place was spotless and communication with Anna was excellent. If you want to live like a local in Portovenere, this place is perfect. You are steps away from local shops, a pesto making class, fantastic local restaurants and cafés. We really enjoyed this place and would highly recommend to those looking for something unique vs. a hotel room. Thank you for everything Anna!

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

Die Unterkunft war spitze, sehr gut gelegen, ruhig aber doch zentral, nahe am Meer. Die Wohnungseinrichtung und auch Küche waren in sehr gutem Zustand, alles hat super funktioniert; das ist in Italien nicht immer selbstverständlich. Wir haben nichts vermisst.

오래된 소나무들이 서있는 바닷가의 감성있는 숙소...네명이 머물기에 불편함이 없었던 숙소입니다. 친퀘테레에 도달하기 용이하고 특히 아름다운 포르토베네레항이 가깝고 숙소가 위치해 있는 페짜노의 작은 항구가 조용하고 소박한 정취를 갖고 있습니다.

Giampaolo ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der alle Informationen rechtzeitig und genau gegeben hat. Zudem haben wir noch Tips zur Umgebung erhalten. Die Unterkunft war sauber, zentral und genau so wie beschrieben. Danke für alles! 😊

L'appartement est idéalement situé dans un quartier calme et à proximité de la mer. C'est un endroit très apaisant. Giovanna fut une hôte exceptionnelle et d'une grande gentillesses. Elle est aussi très compétente pour proposer des choix de restaurants ou de visites. Une des toutes meilleurs expériences avec airbnb. Nous recommandons à 200%...

Non posso che consigliare vivamente l'alloggio di Maurizio. Il posto è letteralmente incantevole, sia per il parco che circonda la casa, sia per la vista mozzafiato sul lago, specialmente al tramonto. La casa all'interno è rifinita in maniera eccezionale in ogni dettaglio, con arredamento ed accessori di qualità elevatissima. Posso affermare, senza ombra di dubbio, che il nostro soggiorno presso l'alloggio di Maurizio è stato assolutamente la migliore esperienza mai fatta con Airbnb. Il costo, rispetto alla qualità del soggiorno è assolutamente conveniente. Maurizio è stato un host impeccabile, gentilissimo ed attento ad ogni dettaglio. Una persona veramente eccezionale che ha reso il nostro soggiorno assolutamente perfetto. Ritorneremo sicuramente

Appartamento meraviglioso, pulito e ben studiato. Posizionato a pochissimi passi dal mare, comunicazione impeccabile, host pazientissimo e gentile nonostante il ritardo di 6 ore dovuto ad un guasto meccanico. Consiglio vivamente. Grazie mille. Ottimo soggiorno. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

La host Marta è sempre stata super gentile e disponibile, già prima del check-in.L'alloggio è stato restaurato da poco con materiali moderni e di qualità.La posizione è fantastica:la spiaggia(anche quella libera)è vicinissima e comoda da raggiungere, e il centro dista pochi minuti a piedi percorrendo il lungo mare(Via Italia).Ristoranti ottimi nelle immediate vicinanze e Conad proprio di fronte. Le uniche due pecche a mio avviso riscontrate (ma ci tengo a precisare che non dipendono da Marta, ovviamente!) sono state:soprattutto il venerdì/sabato sera, il quartiere è un po' rumoroso per ragazzi chiassosi e motorini sgasanti, anche perché sfortunatamente esattamente di fronte all'alloggio c'è un porticato che fa rimbombare voci e rumori, ma per fortuna Marta ha dotato l'alloggio di serramenti che, se chiusi, permettono un ottimo isolamento acustico; lo stabile è un po' vecchiotto, sicuramente non all'altezza dell'appartamento. Complessivamente siamo stati molto soddisfatti del soggiorno!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und hatten alles was wir brauchen. Im Erdgeschoss gab es nicht nur einen Supermarkt sondern auch ein Café. In Fussnähe waren auch tolle Restaurants wie z.B. die Taverna di Pulcinella, Eiscafé Ricci etc. Dank des vorhanden Wäschetrockners und der Maschine konnten wir eine Ladung Wäsche auf dem Balkon zum trocknen aufhängen. In der vorhandenen Küche lässt es sich bestimmt gut kochen, alle notwendigen Utensilien sind vorhanden und der Kühlschrank bietet ausreichend Platz (nur Flaschenfach in der Tür fehlt). Gerne wieder ☀️

Appartamento estremamente organizzato, nuovo e ben arredato. Perfetto x due coppie. Vicinissimo al centro e ben servito, con la disponibilità di un posto auto nel garage chiuso (che noi abbiamo utilizzato per le moto) ma anche di un grande parcheggio auto poco distante. La zona è molto comoda al mare ed in un'area non troppo trafficata. Federica è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Ci ritorneremo certamente!.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Wohnung super gelegen. Kleine aber sehr moderne und schöne Wohnung. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Super mit dem Hafen vor der Haustüre.

The place is absolutely beautiful, equiped with everything you could need for a stay in Livorno. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the city center but in a quiet place. Totally recomended!

Il soggiorno nell’appartamento di Walter è stato molto confortevole e pratico. La posizione è stata infatti perfetta per visitare le più belle calette del Monte Argentario e per rilassarsi alle terme di Saturnia. Walter è stato super disponibile e ci ha dato degli ottimi consigli sulle attività e i ristoranti in zona.
