Vincenza's apartment is very quiet, comfortable, functional and very well located: 2 steps from the port, the sea and the long walk along the sea, 2 steps from the shops of the city center, 20 minutes' walk from the train station. Vincenza's welcome was very nice and thoughtful.

Stefania is very friendly and the apartment is excellent.

A bit far of the train station if you walk from there. Host was incredible, nice recommendation and help us when the check out arrive for our transfer to the train station.

Nicola and Francesca's place is really great! Its location is idyllic and very well placed to go to Les 5 Terres . Even if you have to go up the 4 floors , the view then is breathtaking, and not the stairs … Nothing is missing , everything is tastefully decorated on the theme of the sea . I recommend it 200% . Thank you again so much .

Very nice small flat in Le Grazie. The flat is situated with a view to the harbour and the sea. Good restaurants, bars, bakery and grocery store nearby. Flat is clean and cozy, but is in 2 parts, where the kitchen (which is rather big) and the bathrum (which is very small) is on the other side of a small hall, which you have to pass going from the livingroom to the kitchen/bathroom.

Best location. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if possible. Easy check-in process. Clean apartment. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Anns's place for the first part of our honeymoon. It was everything we expected and then some. The place was spotless and communication with Anna was excellent. If you want to live like a local in Portovenere, this place is perfect. You are steps away from local shops, a pesto making class, fantastic local restaurants and cafés. We really enjoyed this place and would highly recommend to those looking for something unique vs. a hotel room. Thank you for everything Anna!

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

Was a great place to stay and relax after 3 hectic weeks of travelling around the UK and Naples and Sorrento. Close to the beach and supermarket. Lovely quiet area and flat for walking around. Bus stop also close by for Pisa.

We had a great vacation in Giampaolo's house! He helped us to get a tent in the bagno across the street and was very helpful and always responded promptly. Great location with small shops close by.

I can only highly recommend Maurizio's place. The place is literally enchanting, both for the park that surrounds the house, and for the breathtaking views of the lake, especially at sunset. The house inside is finished in an exceptional way in every detail, with very high quality decor and accessories. I can say, without a shadow of a doubt, that our stay at Maurizio's place was absolutely the best experience ever done with Airbnb. The host Marta has always been super kind and helpful, even before check-in. The accommodation has recently been restored with modern and quality materials. The location is fantastic: the beach (even the free one) is very close and convenient to reach, and the center is a few minutes' walk along the seafront (Via Italia). Great restaurants in the immediate vicinity and Conad right in front. The only two flaws in my opinion (but I want to clarify that they do not depend on Marta, of course!) were: especially on Friday/Saturday evening, the neighborhood is a bit noisy for rowdy kids and roaring scooters, also because unfortunately exactly in front of the accommodation there is a porch that makes voices and noises echo, but luckily Marta has equipped the accommodation with windows that, if closed, allow excellent sound insulation; the building is a bit old, certainly not up to the apartment. Overall we were very satisfied with the stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. On the ground floor there was not only a supermarket but also a cafe. Within walking distance were also great restaurants such as the Taverna di Pulcinella, ice cream cafe Ricci, etc. Thanks to the available tumble dryer and the machine, we were able to hang a load of laundry on the balcony to dry. In the existing kitchen you can certainly cook well, all the necessary utensils are available and the fridge offers plenty of space (only bottle compartment is missing in the door). I'd love to come back ☀️

The place is absolutely beautiful, equiped with everything you could need for a stay in Livorno. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the city center but in a quiet place. Totally recomended!

The stay in Walter's apartment was very comfortable and practical. The location was in fact perfect for visiting the most beautiful coves of Monte Argentario and relaxing at the thermal baths of Saturnia. Walter was super helpful and gave us great tips on activities and restaurants in the area.
