Charming house with own private beach

Experience the great unseen from the accommodation and enjoy the tranquility of your own private beach. Take a swim in the fjord, paddle out to the nearest island 15 minutes by canoe. Private beach, with canoes, swimming opportunities and fishing. Walking distance 15 min on the footpath to colonial shop. Short way to many great hiking areas. Odda and trolltunga are 1 hour and 45 min away by car. Nedstrand with lovely mountains 40 min by car. Local mountains 3 min drive away. You live in the middle of Stavanger 1 hour and 30 minutes and Bergen 2 hours and 30 minutes.

Charming lakeside house, Bakkevig Gard Nedstrand

The house is west facing with a view to the sea and only a few meters down to the seafront. Below the house is a nice, spacious garden and on the upside lawn up to the road. The house is built around 1970, and is characterized by some retro style. Kitchen is renovated in 2024 and there is a new floor in the kitchen/living room and new windows facing south. New roof is under planning. It is possible to hire a boat and kayaks for trips on the fjord in the community. Otherwise, there are many nice hiking opportunities on foot both in the community and the district otherwise.

Child-friendly rich, and historic property.

The house is located in Førevik on Bokn, 5 km from Arvågen ferry dock, where the ferry goes, which takes you over to/ from Stavanger, and we are located 35 km from Haugesund. The house was built in 1932, but has been upgraded over time, and today has a standard that we are used to having at home. The property is located 150m from the sea, good fishing grounds, and a shop. There are lovely hiking trails around us, and Bokna Mountain with its height of 293 meters above sea level, has a gravel road up and has to be experienced. Boat can be available by agreement

Cozy house with garden and view - Central, Nedstrand

Cozy older home with annex, large garden and covered patio overlooking the fjord. The house is located in a quiet and natural residential area with short walking distance to the beach, shop, ferry pier and hiking areas. Perfect for families, couples and groups of friends who want a quiet holiday with proximity to both nature and local facilities. Best suited for up to 8 people, but can accommodate 10 when using two small children's rooms with low ceiling height. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living room. The annex is opened for 5–10 guests.

Cozy basement apartment with sea view

Welcome to a stylish and space-efficient one-room studio with a cozy sleeping alcove! The studio is brightly decorated and furnished with a sofa bed and a TV with Apple TV – ideal for both everyday life and relaxation. The separate sleeping alcove has a double bed and provides a good sense of space. The practical kitchenette has what you need to prepare simple meals, and the beautiful bathroom has a modern standard with shower. Outside you will find a small and cozy cafe set, where you can enjoy your morning coffee with a view of the sea

Summer dream at Nedstrand

Cozy house near the sea with great views. Child-friendly with large garden, great pergola, large lawn and hammock as well as equipment for ball games. Nice outdoor areas. Close to the popular "Himakånå" and climbing park. Great hiking opportunities in the area, both on foot and by bike as well as at sea. Nedstrand has ferry connection in the Ryfylke area and fast boat towards Stavanger and on into the Fjord. There is a cafe and convenience storesabout.15 km away. Here you will find peace and quiet in rural surroundings! Cozy atmosphere!

Beautiful house with beautiful views!

Modern and charming functional villa with capacity for 6 people. Lovely views and location in a quiet and idyllic settlement in the Nedstrands fjord with its beautiful beaches and archipelago, and green-clad lush mountains. The home is of high standard and comfortable with unique details and exciting solutions. The area around the residence is Nature Clear with several seating positions. We have kayaks that can be borrowed for free in addition to crab stones. There are hammocks, fire pans, dining areas and barbecues in the garden.

Recharge your batteries on this unique and quiet house in the woods in Tysvær. In the midway of Stavanger and Bergen. From here it is a 5 min walk to the fjord - where it is possible to fish. There is an undisturbed, large garden with fruit trees and ornamental shrubs and forest in rural surroundings. Lots of birds chirping and nature around. Good hiking opportunities on foot. The house has electricity and water. And associated toolhouse with the possibility of storage and available for heating.
