It is 300 meters from the sea, in a central and quiet area. There are 3 bedrooms (2 with air-conditioning), 2 bathrooms, a living room with a smart TV and comfortable sofa, an equipped kitchen integrated with the gourmet area, a gazebo with a barbecue grill and a large table. Supermarket 100 meters away and we live nearby, always available for whatever you need.

Delmare accommodation has a beautiful garden, a swimming pool and a barbecue area. The house is located just 300 meters from the beautiful beach of Itaguaçu and 15 km from the city of SFS, which has other beautiful beaches in its surroundings and the historic center listed by the heritage. It is a very spacious house, designed to make the most of natural light and the sea breeze. It has an open concept living room with beautiful decor.
