HEATED POOL — ONE OF THE ONLY ONES IN THE REGION With affection in every corner, this house honors my grandmother. The exclusive pool is heated and treated with salt (gentler on skin and hair). It is 300 meters from the sea, in a central and quiet area. There are 3 bedrooms (2 with air-conditioning), 2 bathrooms, a living room with a smart TV and comfortable sofa, an equipped kitchen integrated with the gourmet area, a gazebo with a barbecue grill and a large table. Supermarket 100 meters away and we live nearby, always available for whatever you need.

Charming house just 100 metres from the beach, with a swimming pool surrounded by a garden, ideal for leisure. Spacious, well-equipped and air-conditioned, it can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people. There are 4 bedrooms (1 en suite), all with air conditioning, as is the living room. The well and cistern ensure water even in high season. Quiet location, easy access, and close to a pharmacy, supermarket, café and restaurant. You can do everything on foot.

An outdoor leisure area includes a billiards table with colorful balls arranged in a triangle. Dark wooden dining furniture is visible, with a view of the pool and surrounding greenery through the open space, framed by flowing white curtains.
