Bäckerei und ein Supermarkt sind zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar.

Unsere Ferienwohnungen sind der ideale Ausgangspunkt, um das Zillertal zu erkunden. Das Ski- & Wandergebiet Spieljoch in Fügen ist in 5 Minuten und das Skigebiet Hochzillertal in Kaltenbach ist weniger in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Nutzen Sie die Zeit für sich und Ihre Familie machen Sie Ihren Urlaub zur schönsten Zeit im Jahr. Wir sind an kein großes Skigebiet angeschlossen. Entertainment Parks, wie auf vielen Gipfeln unserer Berge und Apreski gibt es nicht. Wir haben keine Playstation aber wir haben den Wald als wohl größter, vielseitigster und kreativster Spielplatz den es gibt für jung bis alt hinterm Haus.

Almhütte Melkstatt

Urig und echt. Unser Tiroler Holzfällerhaus auf 1000 m Seehöhe ist ein sogenanntes Söllhaus aus dem 18. Jahrhundert, innen komplett renoviert und alle sanitären Anlagen inkl. Bodenheizungen in den Bädern neu installiert. Bushaltestelle u. mit Bus/Auto max. 3 min. zum direkten Einstieg zur Gondelbahn Skijuwel Alpbachtal/Wildschönau. Nachhaltiger sanfter Wintertourismus aber auch Ski-Action pur. Direkt von der Hütte die Tourenski anschnallen und die Gipfel in den Kitzbüheler Alpen erklimmen.

Berghaus Wiesegg - uriges Tiroler Bauernhaus

A mountain jewel from the 18th century, lovingly restored, for groups of up to 8 people. The apartment, completely renovated, is located in the original part of the farmhouse, the small windows and the irregularities of the building make it unique. A hut paradise for self-catering, ideal for families, a retreat with friends or co-working. Not far from Munich and Innsbruck in the middle of Zillertal, between Spieljochbahn and Hochfügen, the skibus is around the corner. Just beautiful!

Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof in 1098m Höhe

Die Ferienwohnung liegt auf einem kleinen Plateau auf 1098 Meter auf der Sonnenseite des Zillertals. Super Aussicht ins Zillertal. Das ganze Hause wurde 2010 neu gebaut. Ruhige Lage, Bauernhof mit Ziegen, Alpacas, Spielplatz, viele Wanderwege, Fahrrad fahren oder einfach nur die schöne Aussicht genießen. Im Winter Teller rutschen, Rodeln, Touren gehen, Schneeschuhwanderungen. Wir haben über 50 Bienenvölker auf unseren Ländereien, sowie viele Imkereiprodukte mit Verkostung.

Gastgeber-Angebot für Familien. Unser Landhaus liegt in sehr ruhiger aber doch zentraler Lage. Die Skigebiete Hochzillertal, Spieljoch und Hochfügen sind von uns aus bequem mit dem Skibus zu erreichen. Im Sommer sind wir idealer Ausgangspunkt für Bike- oder Klettertouren. Golfspieler können von uns aus zu Fuß den ersten Abschlag des Golfplatzes Uderns erreichen. Wer lieber den Wassersport mag, dem bietet der Achensee ein vielseitiges Programm!

Bungalow Millau

Unser Bungalow ist 57m² groß und verfügt über 2 DZ, einem Bad und einer Wohnküche. Die Küche mit Essbereich ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer bietet zusätzlich Platz für 2 Personen auf dem Schlafsofa. Eine kleine Terrasse rundet die Gemütlichkeit unseres Hauses ab. Parken können Sie vorm Haus im Carport mit Abstellraum für Ski, Skischuhe, Rodeln, Fahrräder und alles was im Wohnraum keinen Platz findet.
