A beautiful garden, the apartment's private balcony and the communal sauna invite you to relax and recharge. Our house with a family atmosphere and magnificent unobstructed mountain views is located in the countryside and yet centrally, only 200 meters from the new Spieljoch cable car and only 5-10 minutes' walk from the village center.

Mein Haus befindet sich 3km oberhalb der Stadt Schwaz, 30km östlich von Innsbruck, der Landeshauptstadt von Tirol. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer (ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett - Breite 1,55m - und ein weiteres Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten - Breite 90cm), einem kombinierten Küchen-, Ess- und Wohnzimmerbereich, Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC und Terrasse. In beiden Zimmern befinden sich ein Kleiderschrank und ein Schreibtisch mit Sessel.

Farm stay at an altitude of 1098 m

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

In the Junior Suite with mountain view category, an apartment of over 30 m² for up to three people with a king-size double bed and a high-quality single sofa bed awaits you. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy sitting area, a luxurious bathroom with an oversized shower and washer-dryer, as well as a 10 m² terrace with ample seating for a hearty outdoor breakfast with stunning views of the Tyrolean mountains.

The apartment Nina is located in Hart im Zillertal in a quiet and sunny location. In a few minutes you can reach the ski resorts Spieljoch, Hochfügen and Hochzillertal Kaltenbach. The Fügen adventure spa is also in the immediate vicinity. For hikes in summer, there are many possibilities available, such as the Haselbach waterfall. The apartment features free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen, and outdoor seating.

Apartment for 2-3 people in beautiful Zillertal

I rent the apartments that my grandparents furnished with a lot of love and high quality. Since they are no longer able to rent them out themselves, I will continue to do so. The apartment has about 51 m². ! We welcome individuals, several people, as well as families of all ages, genders, and origins! The same house rules & regulations apply to EVERYONE equally. :) I'd love to answer any additional questions you may have.

With the scent and the atmosphere of natural materials, Die Zillertalerin welcomes you. Each of the apartments has a double bed and a pull-out sofa bed. Thus, four people can stay overnight (price for 3rd and 4th adult person 25 € / night).
