This is an old house located in Aoki Village, Shinshu, at the foot of Mt. Fujin. The entire house can accommodate up to 12 people. For 2 people on a weekday, it starts from 10,000 yen. (This varies depending on the season.) The pricing is very reasonable, with an additional 4,000 yen for each additional person. (Children under 3 years old stay for free. Children under 3 years old must sleep with an adult. In 2017, it was named the best village to live in in the whole country. The entire house is rented out, so it is used by families and groups. I am a Superhost. You can use it like a cottage. Since it is a private rental, you can relax without any interference from other guests. 　The guest rooms are two large adjoining rooms, one 10 tatami mats and the other 12 tatami mats. Because it is a house located deep in the mountains, we take the best measures, but in the warm season, insects come out. It snows a lot in winter. In autumn, fallen leaves dance. CAPUSULE HOUSE-K is a private house designed by Kisho Kurokawa. It was created based on the concepts of Metabolism and Homo Mobius. This building is composed of the same capsules as the Chugin Capsule Tower Building, which is also a metabolism building, and was completed in 1973, the year after the building was completed. Until now, it has been open only to a few people and was a little-known building, but in 2019, the restoration was started by Kisho Kurokawa's son, and now it is open to the public with the interior of that time.
