Perfect little apartment in the city of Neu-Ulm

Beautiful, bright apartment on the 2nd floor accessible by elevator. In the room there is a large bed for 1-2 people TV available with cable TV and Wi-Fi You will stay directly in Neu-Ulm. On foot it is approx. 7 minutes to the center of Ulm and Ulm Cathedral and the train station is also only 3 minutes away. Fantastic apartment with 66m² in the middle of Neu-Ulm on the Danube for rent. The apartment is fully furnished and can be occupied by 4 people. You also have a fully equipped kitchen with induction, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee maker (Tassimo) and dishes. In addition to the box spring bed (2m x 1.80 m) in the sleeping area, the two sofas in the living room can each be extended to a 2m x 1m bed with slatted frame. The terrace is open to all guests!

Our nice basement apartment has a small kitchenette in the hallway area. This is not suitable for food fried in oil. A shower room and a nice bedroom with a box spring bed and a large flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi access, soundproof windows, very good location between Friedrichsau and the city center, Rewe, Lidl and bus stop 100 m away. City centre 15 minutes' walk. Private access to the backyard.

The distance to Legoland in Günzburg is about 25 km. The Steiff Museum in Giengen is also 20-25 minutes away. Ulm is 15 km and there you have a lot of opportunities to pass the time. If you want more in nature, you can see the ice cream caves in the Lonetal and Achtal. A parking space is right at the property. In the village, it has a baker and butcher. Other options are about 6 km away.
