This natural experience is within walking distance and offers the opportunity to participate in various guided tours. Our self-contained flat with a separate entrance and its own terrace on the Oberer Eselsberg is within walking distance of the university and the Science Park. Public parking is available right in front of the flat. You are in the countryside more or less directly behind the house. It is only a few minutes to the bus and tram, as well as to the bakery and grocery store. The Botanical Garden can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. Legoland is 30 minutes away, and Ravensburger Spieleland is 1 hour away by car.
