Das Legoland Günzburg erreichen Sie in ca. 30 Minuten. Nach Blaubeuren (Blautopf) sind es 15 Min. mit dem Auto. Die Unikliniken Eselsberg sind in 15 Min. mit dem Auto erreichbar.

W-lan Zugang, Schallschutzfenster, sehr gute Lage zwischen Friedrichsau und Stadtmitte, Rewe, Lidl und Busshaltestelle 100m entfernt. Stadtmitte 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Eigener Zugang zum Hinterhof.
