Tower holiday rentals in United Kingdom

This was one of the most unusual places I’ve ever stayed in. We did have a few walkers come up from Chatsworth and admire the view but mainly we were in splendid isolation. Walking around the woods and admiring the Aqueduct in the evening was quite magical; it felt as though we had the whole place to ourselves. The tower itself is an amazing survival from Tudor times and has been modernised sympathetically. The round shower was a favourite feature. The nearby farm shop was very good with a wide range of good quality food. It did snow whilst we were there but Sandra from Chatsworth Cottages kept in touch and made sure we were fine which was much appreciated. Altogether I would recommend the tower for anyone who wants to stay somewhere unusual and highly memorable. One word of caution though there is a spiral staircase connecting the floors so the building is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

This was our first stay in Nisbet Tower, which was formerly part of Eyemouth's defence system in warring times. It has been beautifully restored and renovated, a very striking building. The tower is located very close to the astounding rocky coastline on the south side of the harbour. Walking in the area is easy and memorable.

Every little detail felt thoughtfully curated, creating an atmosphere that was both cosy and full of personality. What made it even more memorable was the incredible warmth and hospitality. We were made to feel so welcome as if we were staying with an old friend rather than just a guest. The host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, enjoyable, and filled with little surprises that made us smile. If you’re looking for something different from the ordinary, a place with heart and soul, this is it. We can’t recommend it highly enough and will be returning!

We were absolutely stunned by the property and its surroundings. Everything was beautiful and finished to an exceptional standard. We were welcomed and were made to instantly feel at home. Nothing was too much trouble. My partners clothes were even ironed for him. The little touches that are offered make it even more special. We received a complimentary bottle of processco, snacks and a beautiful breakfast in the morning. The toiletries were well thought out, even a lint roller for clothes. I will be telling everyone about our stay and would certainly return. We had a lovely lunch in the nearby local pub and a really nice evening meal in one of the local restaurants. A great little find on my first time using air b&b. I must say that our next stay elsewhere will have a lot to live up to after we’ve spent the night here. Thank you for being so kind and welcoming your property is a credit to you both.

We loved this place so much we will return as often as we can. An absolute gem. The property is stunning and unique. Beautifully & lovingly restored with a magical special feel. The welcome and service was outstanding. The attention to detail to make your stay memorable, relaxing and enjoyable was outstanding. Stunning views from the roof. Within easy reach of lovely places to visit and eat and drink. We definitely left a little piece of our hearts here and had the most incredible experience Highly recommended. Can’t wait to return OUTSTANDING ❤️

The place is amazing! This is a perfect airbnb for a peaceful and memorable weekend with a company. The interior of the house is very stylish and fresh. It includes everything you need. Especially, the kitchen. There is EVERYTHING you need for cooking! Also there is everything for you to create a cozy atmosphere: a lot of speakers in every room, smart lights and blinds, big projector. Bedrooms and the living room are placed on the two top floors so you’ll get beautiful views of the neighbourhood. However, be ready to climb few flights to get there from the ground level. There is a small town Ware in just 10 mins drive. In case you want to buy some food or arrange a lunch/dinner. However, it was very handy to cook everything by ourselves. Matthew is a great host! He was very responsive and help to resolve all the questions we had effectively. Highly recommend to choose this place for your next trip!

What an amazing place to stay in. Place was clean and tidy, as described and great comfortable beds. Kitchen was well stocked. We had a day at Warwick castle and ate at the American hickory restaurant, that was a wee drive away. Highly recommend a stay here and hope to return in the future. It was so peaceful and quiet
