Monthly Rentals in University District, Seattle

I stayed here with my boyfriend for a month and we had such a great time! Betsy was a fantastic host. She was very responsive, helpful, and kind. The place clean and had everything we could possibly need. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Thank you!!

The stay at Mingxia accommodation was very pleasant. Everything was as described, and Mingxia was consistently helpful and responsive. I recommend it.

The Studio is a cute little place located on a beautiful old street, just steps away from the University. The space had everything we needed and had thoughtful touches to make us feel truly welcome. Kristi is so friendly…she’s a host that respects your privacy, but responds quickly and efficiently when needed. This was one of our favorite stays…we will be back the next time we’re in the city! Wonderful spot in university district close to UW. Updated with two beds two baths. Lots of restaurants around, convenient to rail travel. Private balcony with an option for a parking spot.
