Monthly Rentals in University

Nethania was a great host and her AirBNB was beautiful! It was clean and well organized! The neighborhood was quiet and clean. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

We had a wonderful time and Steve & Donna are such great hosts - not to mention their two friendly dogs! Quiet and private space with porch that overlooks beautiful forest. If anything, the space is larger than it appears in the photos and there's plenty of room to spread out to read, watch TV, play your guitar or whatever else. Close to great forest walking trails and Durham/Chapel Hill/Hillsborough are 15 minutes away for restaurants and shopping. Seniors with Silver Sneakers can use the Orange County Sportsplex which has exercise machines, gym, pool, pickleball and exercise programs. Can't say enough about the space and hosts - we'd definitely stay here again if we're to spend time in the area!

The place was beautiful and so peaceful. Christine’s place was clean, put together and a perfect space for our stay! Anytime I’m in town, I will gladly book again. The place was homey and Christine made it an even better experience with how attentive and kind she is. Thank you Again

Jaime's place was a perfect weekend family getaway. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we could've needed (maybe the best stocked Airbnb I've stayed in, and the labels and instructions were perfect). Still, the greatest value was the location - we used the dock and paddled in the lake every day, we took in sunsets on the water, we felt private and secluded but still just a few minute drive from town. Jaime was easy to communicate with and made sure the stay was perfect. We'd love to come back!
