Wohn- und Essbereich mit Küche ohne Spülmaschine, Schalfzimmer 1,60m x2m Doppelbett; beides mit Ausgang zur ca. 22qm großen Terrasse. Bad mit übergroßer Wanne und ebenerdiger Dusche mit Granit gefliest. Da es sich um eine Souterrainwohnung handelt ist diese durch eine Eingangstreppe mit 15 Stufen zu erreichen. Your dog is also welcome on the fenced, 1600 sqm garden plot. Wi-Fi, sauna, hot tub and table tennis are available free of charge. The pool and sauna are exclusively available for you. Free parking is also available in the fenced property and in front of the garage.

Relax between the Fichtel Mountains and Franconian Switzerland, experience culture in nearby Bayreuth, feel good in our new and biologically renovated apartment!!! Our granny apartment is on the 2nd floor of our house and has a separate entrance. The fully equipped kitchen is available to the renter completely alone. We have designed our little oasis with a lot of heart and look forward to welcoming our guests!
