Beachfront holiday rentals in Urla

Rezervasyon aşamasından konaklamamızın bittiği zamana kadar gayet ilgili ve çözüm odaklı yaklaşımı ile çok memnun kaldık.Bir daha ki konaklamalarımızda öncelikli olarak değerlendireğimiz bir ev sahibi.

Wir waren super zufrieden. Alle waren total freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Die Lage direkt am Wasser mit der tollen Terasse, war genau das richtige um mal die Sehle baumeln zu lassen. Auf das kleine Missverständnis das es keine 2 Betten sondern 1 Bett mit 2 Schlafplätzen war, wurde sofort und unkompliziert reagiert. War natürlich auch mein Fehler, da mein Blick auf den Photos mehr der wundeschönen Lage galt. Dazu kommt das es auf der Insel Chios wirklich richtig viel zu entdecken gibt. Ein ganz toller Urlaub der richtig Spaß gemacht hat. Vielen Dank dafür

Son derece yardımsever bir ev sahibiydi, eve vardığımızda eşiyle birlikte bizi kapıda karşıladılar. Evin içi temizdi ve fotoğraflarda gördüğümüz gibiydi. Ev sahipleri bölgede gezebileceğimiz ve yemek yiyebileceğimiz yerler konusunda bilgiydi ve bizlere tavsiyelerde bulundular. Evin konumu çok güzel, sessiz ve sakin bir muhitte bulunuyor. Bu sebeple, evi tutmak isteyen herkese öneririz.

Stefano is a super nice and very helpful host. We truly enjoyed staying at his lovely cosy place which has the greatest sea view. I strongly recommend his place and looking forward to visit Chios and stay at Stefanos' place again.

The house is right at the sea so you have the possibility to go swimming in the morning and in the afternoon, even if you go to the beaches in the island. The place is very comfortable and quiet. The house is also very clean and furniture has a good taste . Avrakomi is a very good and responsive host and gave us very good recommendations, There are not a lot of restaurants, but the taverns close to the house are very nice. The house is also only six minutes away from the city center, so you always have the opportunity to try several places in Chios. The only recommendation we can make is that some of the kitchen equipment should be renewed ( such as the coffee machine , cutlery) . We will definitely come back and recommend the place to our friends.

Ev, fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibiydi ve harika bir konuma sahipti. Plaj çok güzeldi; denize girerken sadece birkaç taş vardı, ardından yumuşak kumun keyfini çıkarıyorsunuz. Tüm pencerelerde sineklik olması, sivrisineklerden korunmamızı sağladı. Evin düzeni oldukça işlevseldi ve yeterince havlu mevcuttu. Ayla Hanım son derece ilgiliydi ve tüm taleplerimizi memnuniyetle karşıladı. Ev genel olarak temizdi, ancak çevrede alkolsüz mekan bulmak biraz zor oldu. Sadece bir yatak odasında klima vardı, fakat gittiğimiz dönemde vantilatörler yeterliydi. Sahilde gece yürüyüşleri ise güvenli değildi, çünkü geceleri yabani domuzlar iniyordu. Yürüyerek ulaşılacak bir yer olmaması nedeniyle araba şart, ancak Çeşme’ye dolmuş seferleri vardı. Genel olarak, tekrar tercih edebileceğimiz bir ev ve ortam; memnun kaldık.

We spent 12 days in Dimitri's apartment and felt very comfortable there. The apartment is conveniently located close to the harbor and city center. It is bright, cozy and tastefully furnished, very functional with a well-equipped kitchen that is a pleasure to cook in. The large balcony invites you to linger. The communication with Dimitri was very pleasant and helpful – a real superhost!

7 temmuz günü başladığımız tatilimiz gerçekten mükemmeldi ev sahibimiz adeta evin abisi gibiydi her zaman çok ilgiliydi kendimizi evimizde hissettik muhteşem huzurlu bir tatildi erkan beye ilgisinden sıcak kanlılığından dolayı çok teşekkür ederiz artık çeşmede de bir evimiz var

ev sahibi çok sevecen ve her konuda yardımcı oldu hiçbir sorun yoktu.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt, die Villa ist ein Traum! Der Gastgeber war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Unterkunft jedem nur ans Herz legen, Urlaub pur 🇬🇷☺️ Wir werden wieder kommen.

kalabileceğimiz çok güzel bir yerdi. karşınızda Sakız Adası, müthiş doğa ve deniz manzaralı bir teras.... Herşey düşünülmüş kendi evimde hissettim. Tek kusuru giderek yolların çok bozuk olması.

Öncelikle ev sahibi oldukça ilgiliydi her sorunumuzda hızlı şekilde çözüm geldi.Ev içerisinde bulunan eşyalar oldukça yeterli ve güzeldi.Araba ile 5 dakikalık mesafede güzel bir sahil mevcut.Özetle hem lokasyonu hem de evi öneririm🙏

Die Villa war sehr schön mit einer tollen Aussicht. Der Pool war größer, als er auf den Fotos aussah. Wir fanden die Villa sehr sauber vor bei Ankunft. Es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Cindy and Yiannis' place! From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. Their warm hospitality and insightful recommendations truly enhanced our vacation experience. During our stay, we had a perfect balance of work and leisure. We spent two productive days working comfortably, thanks to the cozy setup they provided. The remaining two days were dedicated to exploring the stunning surroundings, and we couldn't have asked for a better location. The sea view from their place is absolutely breathtaking, and having the beach just a stone's throw away was a dream come true. We would highly recommend their place to anyone looking for a relaxing and picturesque getaway. We can't wait to return!

Harika bir ev sahibi güzel mekan huzur dolu bir ev

Canan's house is in a beautiful position overlooking the sea. It is well appointed and comfortable and a real home from home. Canan is a lovely host, she helped us in so many ways and was so welcoming. There are little beaches a few minutes walk away which are very quiet and Sigacik, which is a 10 minute drive away, has plenty of shops and restaurants. I've had a wonderful week there and I thoroughly recommend it, especially if you like cats, as there are usually a few to be found in the garden!

Her şey güzeldi. Evin lokasyonu, temizliği, kullanışlılığı çok iyiydi. Çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Özellikle çocuklu aileler için özellikle tavsiye ederim.

Ev sahibimiz bizimle çok hızlı iletişim kurdu. Ev çok temiz ve düzenliydi. Bahçesi çok güzeldi. Ev bütün ihtiyaçlarımızı karşıladı. Kendisine çok teşekkür ediyoruz.

Beklentilerimizi karşılayan bir evdi.Bahçesi , balkonu, terası , mangal yeri, kış bahçesi çocuğunuzla güzel vakit geçirecek alanlardı. Mutfak araç gereçleri yeterliydi. Sadece mevsimden ve havanın güneşli olmamasından dolayı güneş enerjisi ile çalışan sıcak su sorunumuz oldu. ev sahibi tarafından verilen talimatı da yapmamıza rağmen Bir gün sıcak su geldi, diğer günler gelmedi. Bu durumun yazın sorun olacağını düşünmüyorum.bu durum dışında herşey çok güzeldi.

Wir haben als Familie den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Haben alle Ausflüge mit dem Bus gemacht. wurden dabei sehr gut von Günay unterstützt, die bei allen Fragen immer super gute Tipps hatte. Supermarkt um die,Ecke und direkt on Laufnähe der Strand undxrin Restsurant. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehken
